At Gozenco, we work with trusted international shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, EMS, and local couriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and quickly to your doorstep. We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
Europe (EU): 2–3 business days
United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
United States: 6–10 business days
Australia: 6–10 business days
Rest of the world: 8–12 business days
Note: Larger or heavier products may take slightly longer to arrive.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1 business day to process and hand over to the carrier’s sorting center. During peak periods or holidays, this may take a little longer.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is being processed, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or the items in the order.
We ship orders on business days only (Monday through Friday). You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email including tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Tracked Shipping
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. This will be emailed to you once your order has been handed over to the carrier. For some carriers, it may take a few days before tracking information becomes available.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Gozenco has no control over these costs and cannot estimate them in advance.
If a shipment is refused and returned to us, the customer is responsible for any import fees as well as the return shipping cost.
Entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. Because we process orders quickly, we are unable to change the shipping address after the order is placed. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer free returns, so we kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: support@gozenco.com. We will send a replacement free of charge. We do not offer refunds for damaged goods, only free replacements.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Gozenco is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipping. If your tracking number shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
We rely on carrier information, such as delivery confirmation and timestamps when assessing claims and return requests.
